Subject :HOW DO I ? Change a CMN after the Transaction is completed with CMN ATTACHED
The situtationl;
You entered a claim, you attached a cmn, you want to change the cmn so you goback into the transaction (change transaction) when it asks you if you wish to attach a CMN you answer YES (even though you have already attached a cmn) When you click OK to complete cmn it just hangs or sits there. What's wrong?
You cannot change a CMN from the DO TRANSACTIONS patient transaction profile If you attempt to change a TRANSACTION and answer Yes to attach a CMN a second time it is ignored.
TO UPDATE OR CHANGE A CMN FROM THE MAIN MENU SELECT THE PATIENT FROM THE PATIENT LISTING SCREEN CLICK ON THE CMN BUTTON , NOT THE DO TRANSACTION BUTTON |
