We are sorry,  our software products no longer offer full inventory control... We found that our users were not utilizing the functions of IC and purchasing and so that module was removed.

Specifically,  Simpleclaims and DMEFree have no IC functions other than knowing what Items or Procdures have been dispensed or knowing where a rental item is currently located (who has it)

RxDME2000 used to have a full IC module with purchasing, receiving etc , however due to lack of input from the users it was discontinued.   Some of the features still are functioning though in the main RxDME2000 module.

If you go into the ITEMFILE and select the Inventory Tab, you add to the onhand qty
use the min and max and reorder qty  , as claims are being processed the onhand will reduce by the amount dispensed and the ytd figures will be updated
