If your company is using the Reconcile module, the claim will stay open until it is paid, you can mark it as denied or in Rxdme2 mark it as a Trouble claim.

If you are not using the Reconcile module , you can use the basic function of changing the claimstatus field from FILE TO PAID OR TO REJ ETC.
