I started using the serial # field on the claim entry tab on the claim line item.  Is there anyway we can pull a report of the serial #, so we can keep track of them.
the answer is yes,
there are two reports already created in the DMEFree Reportwriter
Start the Reportwriter software (you should have installed it)
select DESIGN/PRINT REPORT
select DMEFREE Supplied reports
go to Serial Itemfile, click on the + sign to open
there should be two reports you can click PRINT

if you wish to modify these reports please click Change to open the editor
and then FILE, SAVE AS and save to your REPORTS folder under another name
