the problem:
I get Access Denied error when i try to prepare claims.

the solution
this may be due to a locked file.
The first thing to try is exit the DMEFree or RXdme2000 program while leaving the PREPARE CLAIMS program running.
if this doesnt resolve then

exit all programs, reboot computer , bring up DMEfree or Rxdme2, start prepare program, exit the DMEFREE / RXDME2000 program,
leaving only PREPARE CLAIMS runing, if works, exit Prepare program.  Re-start DMEFREE / RXDME2000 program, send claims

If this doesnt resolve problem please contact support again.
